The attorneys at Neifert, Byrne and Ozga, P.C. are Jason Neifert, James (Jamie) Byrne, and Martin (Marty) Ozga. Each attorney has substantial experience in representing injured Iowans. Jason Neifert has 14 years of experience representing injured Iowans, in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury and long term disability. Jamie Byrne has represented injured workers since 1996 and has 13 years of legal experience. Jamie is bilingual and represents numerous individuals who speak Spanish. Marty Ozga has represented injured workers since 1999, and has over 30 years of legal experience, including 18 years as litigation director for the Legal Services Corporation of Iowa. Jason, Jamie and Marty have spoken on numerous occasions on topics involving the rights of injured Iowans. They are all members of the Iowa Association for Justice (IAJ), and Jason and Marty are members of the Core Group of the IAJ, a group that provides leadership in the workers’ compensation field to claimant’s attorneys
